A Memorable Family Stay
Had a fantastic experience with staff who went above and beyond, especially one guy at the bar who remembered our drinks every time we came in. The atmosphere during dinner was great, and the food was delicious and hot, perfect after a day out.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was acceptable.

Memorable Stay with Helpful Staff
Our visit for four nights was marked by the incredibly friendly staff, especially at breakfast. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The atmosphere felt a bit geared towards larger groups, but we still enjoyed our time. A great spot for social events! Consider visiting during off-peak times for a more personal experience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good variety. The location was perfect for visiting the central pier and nearby shops. Free bus passes were a nice touch for exploring more places.
One downside was the noise from the children's play area on the ground floor, which made it hard to relax in the evenings. It would be wise to choose higher floors if you're sensitive to noise.

The dining area was bright and airy, perfect for enjoying breakfast while overlooking the promenade. The comfortable seating in the residents' lounge made it easy to relax and converse, especially for us seniors.
More accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

Perfect stay for my mum's bday
We had a fab time! The staff were super helpful, especially the blonde gal at the desk who found us a wheelchair. The room was clean and modern, loved the layout. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and there were great music nights at the bar! Was a bit noisy from the pigeons, but ain't a dealbreaker.

Exceptional staff and great entertainment
I had a fantastic stay with my family! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices to start the day. The entertainment was excellent for both adults and kids, keeping everyone engaged and happy throughout our stay. I noticed that the bathroom could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness, as it wasn't cleaned daily during our visit.

I recently stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was impressive with a good range of options that set us up for the day. The evening entertainment was a hit, especially for the kids, who loved the magician! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
